In his latest X update, Kuo highlighted several positive order trends at Sunny Optical, including the optics specialist becoming a new Apple Compact Camera Module (CCM) supplier specifically for the MacBook Neo CCM. He wrote: “Sunny has become a new Apple CCM supplier, producing the MacBook Neo CCM. MacBook Neo shipments have come in better than expected, with the 2026 shipment forecast raised from 5 million to 10 million units.” The upward revision — from an initial 5 million units to a full 10 million units for 2026 — signals significantly improved supply chain confidence and anticipated demand for Apple’s next-generation MacBook model, widely expected to feature advanced display and camera technologies.
