Apple and its suppliers are working to tackle these issues, as delays to its shipment schedule would risk the U.S. tech giant’s marketing strategy for the long-awaited folding phone. “It’s true that more issues than expected have emerged during the early test production phase, and additional time will be needed to resolve them and make necessary adjustments. … The current situation could put the mass production timeline at risk,” one of the people familiar with the matter said. “April will mark a crucial stage of the engineering verification test, and this month till early May is extremely critical,” the person added. ‎ MacDailyNews Take: Might lead to delays, or might not. Not the lack of concreteness in the “reporting” (read: fomenting) which is laden with “mights,” “coulds,” and “maybes” to comedic proportions. This crap will now be picked up and amplified by other media outlets, likely driving down Apple stock price (exactly as intended).
