Apple is preparing to introduce functionality for certain Cadillac models, according to backend code uncovered by MacRumors. The GM brand has been added to Apple’s internal roster of vehicles compatible with the Wallet app’s NFC-based car key integration. This follows Apple’s announcement at WWDC 2025 that 13 automakers, including Cadillac, would soon support the feature, enabling iPhone and Apple Watch users to lock, unlock, and start their vehicles without a physical key.
