The Apple design group has faced a recent setback with the departure of industrial designer Abidur Chowdhury. Chowdhury, who played a key role in developing the iPhone Air (even appearing in its introduction video), has left the iPhone maker to join an artificial intelligence startup, Bloomberg News’ Mark Gurman reports citing sources familiar with the move.
