Apple on Thursday launched the Mini Apps Partner Program, enabling the company to take a 15% cut — half its standard 30% commission — on in-app purchases made inside mini apps and games hosted within larger “super apps,” as it moves to capture revenue from the fast-growing mini-app ecosystem.
