Apple’s ultra-thin iPhone Air will be available for pre-order in China later this week, following regulatory approval for eSIM services from major Chinese telecom operators, the company announced Monday. Priced from 7,999 yuan ($1,121.56), the iPhone Air will be the only model in China supporting eSIM, a digital SIM embedded in the device. Reuters:
