On Monday, U.S. President Donald Trump warned that countries imposing digital taxes could face “substantial additional tariffs” on their exports unless they repeal such laws. According to Reuters, the Trump administration is also contemplating sanctions on EU or member state officials involved in enforcing the EU’s Digital Services Act. Reuters:
