On Wednesday, a U.S. federal appeals court dismissed claims from Apple customers alleging the company provided less iCloud storage than promised in paid upgrades. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco ruled 3-0 that reasonable consumers in the proposed class action would not have been misled by Apple’s iCloud+ storage capacity claims. Reuters:
