Apple releases iOS 18.4.1, iPadOS 18.4.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.4.1 to address actively exploited vulnerabilities

Apple on Wednesday released iOS 18.4.1, iPadOS 18.4.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.4.1 to patch critical security vulnerabilities actively exploited in the wild.

These updates address flaws in WebKit and JavaScriptCore, which could allow malicious web content to execute arbitrary code or enable cross-site scripting attacks.

Apple confirmed exploitation on Intel-based Macs, urging immediate updates for all devices, including iPhones (XS and later), iPads, and Macs, to prevent potential attacks.

The updates, available via Settings > General > Software Update, include two bug fixes and enhance device security. Users are advised to install them promptly to ensure protection against these serious threats.
