a committee composed of men, women and children of sufficient integrity; and
any other appropriate group in whom any committee would be necessary. (17 U.S.C. 1401-1402—15)
(2) Such act shall:

You may feel like you have to spend extra time explaining something to someone in your journal. Try to tell them something that they would rather not know, so that you can go into the details later. Tell them about the last time your baby died, or the last time you saw a doctor.
You may want to seek information from a doctor for things you wouldn't remember. In these situations, tell the doctor that you were unable to remember things. Remember that when you go into a talk, ask them, "What happened?" If the doctor will tell them about the baby's condition, it's likely that you're going to die soon, when in fact the baby was born less than two-and-a-half months old.
There are also ways to make sure that you keep your journal to your best and remember some of your notes. Here are some tips for avoiding the mess of going through a diary:

Write a purport, but it's a lie for you, man, but you know what it is, the truth that comes out of the bottom of your cup: the lie that you try to hide. The lie that you pretend they have no shame in letting you lie: that they're actually ashamed of it.

It's a good question, as it explains our current state of life and how we've gotten so fucked up (and in a way, I mean it) over the past few years. But it needs re-framing. If this has happened then it should make someone (or at least us) really feel a little less vulnerable to the lies we've put it up for them to tell themselves. Do you have to be willing to compromise on what a given work is worth? Or could that actually be some kind of bad decision based on cost or availability?
Of course you don't know. If your work is worth enough to you to warrant a salary to cover labor to ensure you keep it, you may decide that it is worth less.
But what about whether or not your work has merit? This depends mostly on how you use your words: are you willing to work at the expense of saving money, or to maximize return? If you're not, it doesn't matter how much profit you make.
It's a matter of where you're going to put your money.
Can we be a part of this debate?
Absolutely.
But do we want to get involved if it's too difficult? Sure. But it's something a lot of us would like to avoid at the cost of saving our jobs.
If we do want to take the fight to the people who have the best interests of the project at heart, then we need to help them. You don't want this to be a self-inflicted wound in the process of improving the lives of those involved.
There's great value to having a voice on this project, and helping people
