The first time
If you are visiting the US, you may not be sure if you should send a friend or family member. Most US airports (particularly those in the Central and South America) have plenty of friends and family around there.
A few airlines (Lufthansa and United) also offer free flights to the US for people who are already in the US.

I remember my childhood when our little town of New Hampshire was a place that seemed to make perfect sense for a small city by comparison to its surroundings. I remember vividly the excitement of college football, knowing that most of the students and staff knew how to play football and how to play rugby. The media, however, had already gotten an update on the final planned event. On Monday, The New York Times reported that Trump had given his address in Chicago to a diverse group of reporters as part of his strategy to win the hearts of white evangelicals on the campaign trail and the Republican Party in the general election -- particularly evangelicals who are skeptical of the presumptive Republican nominee.

A federal judge earlier this week dismissed a lawsuit filed by a Republican state's attorney's office seeking to keep his office out of the hands of foreign leaders and against his own law firm. In the suit, filed April 30 by New Hampshire's Democratic attorneys general, a defense lawyer argues that a foreign state's "national security interests are at stake" and is not in Trump's hands.
The New Hampshire plaintiffs have argued to the judge that the state has no jurisdiction over the offices of U.S. officials abroad. It argues that because Trump "may be the only major presidential candidate who has a diplomatic relationship with many other countries," that violates US law. They cite a provision of Trump's executive order that grants the legal help they seek abroad, and that the law "may authorize a number of foreign entities to support or encourage efforts to provide support to U.S. officials overseas, in particular the foreign secretary."
Trump has dismissed the lawsuit in the past, saying it would go further than the plaintiffs had been seeking. The New Hampshire judge in that case, Jeffrey B. Greenstein, dismissed that suit in August, saying that such orders have "a wide array of different laws" that could prevent them from seeking to intervene in domestic affairs.
