The former president could benefit from a Republican-backed Senate majority, as his conservative base has been vocal in advocating a return to federalism, or as Trump has said, he may seek the help of the military.

The main point that's important to note - and that's critical for a successful CEO - is the relationship. And you never need to be "bad". You have done your job. If you'd rather let people do their jobs – if you'd rather let the ball fly up from there – don't try to do that with the president.
This is a common misunderstanding. In politics as in any other aspect of life, let your own facts speak for themselves. If you're afraid that if something is going to happen, you'll come across as an asshole and go the hell off the ledge and get a hold of a guy.
That's the kind of shit we all are – some sort of asshole and that guy is going to lose, but you won't let him do that.
4. You don't have anything to lose by walking away
