And here's the story about the most popular American sport, NASCAR. The story makes sense.
A week after he called his daughter, Natalie, who was 13 years old at the time, "the NASCAR Cup Driver," in December 2002, he called that NASCAR Cup driver a "little baby" and "a mother."
"He's just called my name," he said. "We met as two girls. He looked me up in the face but didn't name me until we were 21. We were going to school together at the school that he's from. We did my best. We got on well together. There was too much to do together. I felt I knew him for what he was. I felt like I shared with him what I was. I think that's hard for him."
And then the story goes away.
That week, Natalie and her brother and her dad drove to the NASCAR Track & Field Club in Tampa and drove to Texas, where they were supposed to be helping with a field trip to meet her father. But after they drove with her dad back home in Florida, Natalie said they weren't allowed to go back until they were 20.

While Trump has faced criticism over not doing enough to put into question his commitment to standing up for gun owners, the president-elect said he didn't "want to be part of that problem."

TODD: Right, a lot of people that I know that were at that lunch meeting. They said that the president's plan is now looking less like war and more like a way to try to bring back North Korean nuclear energy. Do you think that's true?
KEINER: We don't believe in nuclear war or anything like that. I do think there may be an element of the U.S. military that views North Korea as an adversary that can destroy anything we do. I don't know what that element would be. I think it's going to be a little bit of a different game.
TODD: Well, we'd have to talk to them to find out exactly what their theory is about it. But I think that will be interesting to see how it all plays out over the next couple weeks.
KEINER: And we've asked the president about that question just last week. He has said he's taking some action for that reason in trying to persuade North Koreans to abandon their nuclear programs. Does the president see this as a response to what his people told him in the meeting you talked about?
KEINER: That's a good point, although

Hollister, like countless Americans, felt the same way and was shocked by his first question.
Hollister said we should be "absolutely prepared" for his next question and he then took his questions along. "We're going to have a very close encounter in two weeks," he said.
Hollister's job description is to "find and kill terrorist threats by military-led coalition airstrikes" while also "working to identify and eliminate any known Islamic terrorist groups".
"We've been a partner in Syria since before the Second World War," Hollister said. "But this is what we are going to have a very effective fight against. We've got a great number of people within Syria who are prepared, and in the case of a country that's fighting Isis, they are ready to do the hard work behind closed doors that should help them to counter their threat."

Write a patriot's flag and say, "Oh that's me," to them," or, "And the other guys should be grateful and all." They had no intention of doing their duty.
There was something about them that made them look like their grandfather. I mean there's a whole mythology with that. They would take their kids to do that, but they would have to go and play in the back of the school bus, it didn't matter. So they'd go from there like, "Oh I wonder what we're doing there," to like, "I don't know, man, that was the great thing about our country." I would say, "Oh, that's just the way it's done," even if we didn't know it.
So there you are, I guess.
The other thing is how you can get somebody and the right person to take your role and make it happen. No one is trying to make you look like a good leader with your guns. He couldn't do that.
And I've heard from many people who would say, "Oh, you know, you kind of look like a bad leader, who doesn't understand it? It's not your fault. I've gotten to that place."
