If you are not going to believe in self-awareness, then what do you do first? Do you try to tell yourself that there has to be some truth to life? Or do you tell yourself that there is only so much information that can be gained without being conscious?
Now this idea has worked to me for months, so let's put some of it into practice. I'm also going to tell you that this is completely wrong—this idea of self-awareness is just stupid. And I'm doing this with the help of psychologist Bruce Schneier—you'll find two papers about that in a very good place here.
